1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for the RDFN Leadership Retreat, you agree to abideby these Terms of Service. Your participation in the retreat signifies your acceptance of theseterms.

2. Registration and Payment All participants must complete the registration process andsubmit payment in full by the specified deadline. Fees are non-refundable except underconditions stated in the cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat will receive afull refund minus a processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 60days of the retreat start date. If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will beprovided.

4. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally andrespectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and mayresult in removal from the retreat without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge and agree that theorganizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.You participate at your own risk.

6. Confidentiality Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all attendees.Sharing personal information or retreat content without consent is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property All materials provided during the retreat, including but not limited topresentations, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the organizers.Participants may not reproduce or distribute these materials without permission.

8. Changes to the Retreat The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, speakers,or content of the retreat as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated toparticipants promptly

9. Photography and Recording By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographedand recorded. The organizers may use these images and recordings for promotional purposes.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputesarising from the retreat will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
